Steel sheet piles form continuous walls through interlocking edges. They can serve as temporary excavation support or permanent retaining and marine structures when designed for the required soil, water, surcharge and corrosion conditions.
FCB STEEL reviews the project section schedule before quotation. Section modulus, moment of inertia, unit mass, interlock geometry, length and coating must be confirmed for the exact model rather than assumed from a product-family image.

What information is required for an accurate quote?
Send U or Z type, exact section model, grade, standard, length, quantity, coating, interlock or sealant requirement and destination port.
Can you recommend a section model from a photograph?
No. Section selection requires design loads, soil and water conditions, embedment, corrosion allowance and engineering calculations. Provide an engineer-approved schedule or the required properties.
Can custom lengths be supplied?
They can be reviewed. Available length, tolerance, bundle plan and shipment method depend on the model, quantity, mill capability and transport route.
Can coating or interlock sealant be supplied?
Yes, subject to technical review. State the exposure environment, preparation grade, coating system, application area, dry-film requirement and sealant specification.
Can third-party inspection be arranged?
Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV or another agreed company can be arranged at the buyer’s request, with scope and cost confirmed before order.
Do you publish a fixed steel price?
No. Price depends on the exact section, length, tonnage, coating, packing, freight and destination. We prepare a current FOB, CFR or CIF offer after technical confirmation.
